This weekend I read Traction by Gino Wickman. Traction is a guidebook of sorts for those looking to implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). It's a fast read, easy to understand and includes useful charts and diagrams. I can see how this could be used as a training tool and handbook for EOS, and is probably best consumed by someone who has attended a seminar or had some introduction to the concept prior to reading the book.
